Job Description:
Qualification & Experience:
Essential:

• DAE/BTech/BS in IT/Computer Science or Equivalent having 02 years of experience in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift Duties (Morning, Evening and Night) in SINES Data Centre on rotation basis.

• Provision of Network (LAN & Wifi)/IT Support in Offices, Classrooms, Conference Room, Seminar Hall, Auditorium, COVES and Meeting room.

• Software and Hardware Installation and troubleshooting.

• Troubleshooting of Printer, WIFI Access Points, IP Cameras, Scanners, Photocopiers, Computers, etc.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Basic Network Troubleshooting

• OS Installation & Troubleshooting (Windows, Linux, Mac etc)

• WIFI Troubleshooting

• Software Installation & Troubleshooting (familiarity with MATLAB, ANSYS, SPSS, Minitab etc.)

• Office 365 Installation and Troubleshooting

• Familiarity with working of Audio/Video Systems, Biometric Devices, CCTV Cameras

• Office Automation

Trainings/Certifications:
Essential:

• CISCO, Microsoft Certifications

• Computer Hardware Certifications

• Linux Basics Certifications

Desirable:

• CCNA

• MCSE

• Office 365

• A+

• 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
