This role will be responsible to carefully examine and process cases and queries received from various law enforcement authorities within set turnaround time.
Key Responsibilities
- Adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements) & DOI (Departmental Operating Instructions) and Key Control Standard
- Maintain thorough knowledge of bank products across all segments
- Ensure all Key Risk Indicators and Operational Risks are addressed, appropriately dealt with and resolved.
- Proactively identify and analyse inherent risks within the department and recommend ways of minimizing risk
- Ensure adherence to all CST (Control Sample Testing) and HCL (Health Checklist)

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Good knowledge of banking operations
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
