We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Account Executive to drive our sales initiatives and ensure our solutions are successfully positioned in the market. Experience in SaaS base products and well-versed in CRM systems, has strong experience in virtual communication platforms, and demonstrates a polished and professional presence. This role will be essential in managing the entire sales cycle, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective strategy and negotiation.

Responsibilities{{:}}

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and professional process
  • Conduct product demos and effectively present solutions that meet specific client needs
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts
  • Partner with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified leads
  • Accurately forecast and report on sales performance, adapting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure long-term partnerships and ensure favorable terms for both the client and the company
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to drive client satisfaction and growth


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Software IT SaaS industry
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
  • Experience in leading a team of Sales SDR and junior sales executives.
  • Professional experience with virtual meeting tools, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales cycle effectively, from prospecting to closing
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience handling high-value accounts
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently
  • Presentable, professional, and well-groomed with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an adaptive approach to meet evolving client needs
