Venture AI is building the next generation of intelligent, agentic systems—and we’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join our core team in Lahore. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure, collaborate with top-tier talent, and shape the future of AI-driven products.
- Architect and implement agentic frameworks using LangGraph to manage state and define complex execution flows.
- Build, test, and monitor AI systems with LLM observability tools (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, etc.).
- Design and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Qdrant, or FAISS.
- Develop high-performance, asynchronous RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Pydantic.
- Integrate and optimize LLM APIs for scalable production workloads.
- Set up robust logging and APM solutions (Datadog, Sentry, Grafana) to monitor system performance and reliability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and containerize applications using Docker for consistent deployment across environments.
- Write clean, maintainable code in Python and manage data with SQL.
- 3–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, backend development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and production-grade infrastructure (observability, CI/CD, cloud deployment).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, and Redshift.
- Advanced prompt engineering expertise for optimizing LLM outputs.
