Lead AI Engineer

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (Onsite)

• Architect and implement agentic frameworks using LangGraph to manage state and define complex execution flows.
• Build, test, and monitor AI systems with LLM observability tools (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, etc.).
• Design and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Qdrant, or FAISS.
• Develop high-performance, asynchronous RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Pydantic.
• Integrate and optimize LLM APIs for scalable production workloads.
• Set up robust logging and APM solutions (Datadog, Sentry, Grafana) to monitor system performance and reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and containerize applications using Docker for consistent deployment across environments.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Python and manage data with SQL.

• 3–4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, backend development, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar agentic frameworks.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and production-grade infrastructure (observability, CI/CD, cloud deployment).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Advanced prompt engineering expertise for optimizing LLM outputs.
