What You Will Be Doing

• Building New AI Products and Features: Fine-tune LLMs to create new AI-powered products and modules that integrate seamlessly into existing solutions or lay the groundwork for new offerings, much like our recent launch of www.eloquens.ai.
• Automating Internal Processes: Use advanced AI techniques to streamline and automate internal tasks and workflows, enhancing efficiency across the board.

• You will not be performing routine coding tasks that don't leverage AI for innovation.
• You will not be maintaining legacy systems without the opportunity to implement AI enhancements.
• You will not be confined to small-scale projects; instead, you'll be engaged in strategic initiatives with significant impact.
  
  

Lead AI Engineer Key Responsibilities

Ensure faster product releases and heightened customer satisfaction through continuous AI-driven enhancements.

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (if your instinct is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply)
• At least 1 year of professional experience implementing impactful initiatives as a software engineer
• Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
• Previous experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions, resulting in substantial quantitative impact
• Previous experience leveraging different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems

Experience with AI-driven project management tools and methodologies.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
