About the Role 

We're seeking an experienced Cold Calling Expert to join our sales team and drive business growth through effective outreach strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales teams. This role requires exceptional communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset. Female candidates are encouraged to apply for this position.

What You'll Do 


  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients across various industries 
  • Research prospects before calling to personalize outreach approach 
  • Clearly articulate Prixite's value proposition and service offerings 
  • Identify client pain points and position our solutions as effective remedies 
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and business requirements 
  • Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and appropriate sales team members 
  • Document all call activities and prospect information in our CRM system 
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for calls, qualified leads, and scheduled meetings 
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies 
  • Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and competitive landscape 


What You Bring 


  • 3+ years of experience in cold calling, sales, or related outreach positions 
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills 
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively 
  • Strong objection handling capabilities 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools 
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation 
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment 


What Will Set You Apart 


  • Experience in the IT or technology services industry 
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP solutions 
  • Prior experience selling B2B software or technical services 
  • Understanding of software development, AI/ML, cloud services, or digital marketing 
  • Multilingual capabilities to engage with our global client base 
  • Previous experience in remote work environments 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
