This position is responsible for.
- Preparation of financial reports to assist management in decision making.
- Raising /reviewing AP/AR invoices for compliance, completion of documents and matching contract orders.
- Carry out periodic reconciliations with customers & suppliers.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure proper and timely recording of transactions relating to expenses/inventory/fixed assets.
- Liaison with site leads and internal/external auditors for smooth conduct of audit.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in day-to-day operational matters involving financial impact.
- Ensuring tax is correctly deducted on financial transactions & duly posted in system.
- Must be Oracle Pro – efficient.
- Strong MS Office skills and data analysis.
- Good interpersonal skills
