Responsibilities and more:
Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include lead generation, communicating with potential clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining records of business development activities.
Requirements:
* New Business Development and Lead Generation skills.
* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent Communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary & Benefits:
* Starting salary: PKR 40,000 (during probation period).
* Salary after probation: PKR 50,000.
* Fuel allowance of PKR 5,000.
