Key Responsibilties
Lead Generation & Data Scraping
- Scrape bulk data from LinkedIn to extract relevant contact information for leads.
- Validate the extracted data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Perform manual scrubbing of bulk data to ensure high data quality.
- Achieve daily targets of 1.5K–2K ready-to-use data points.
- Utilize email marketing best practices to execute large-scale campaigns via Salesforce.
- Ensure email deliverability by managing domain health, including domain setup and warmup processes.
- Achieve and maintain a deliverability rate of 95%+ for all email campaigns.
- Execute mass email sends using Salesforce, managing large email lists and scheduling campaigns.
- Ensure campaign response rates of 3-4% or higher.
- Configure and manage Salesforce CRM for lead tracking, campaign management, and reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organized CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead data.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using Salesforce’s reporting and dashboard tools.
- Optimize lead generation strategies and email campaigns based on CRM insights.
- At least bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a software house or similar tech environment.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, including data scraping, manual scrubbing, and validation.
- Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
