- Research and identify potential clients in international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, research portals, and other professional channels.
- Maintain and update lead lists, databases, and CRM tools.
- Assist the Business Development team by providing accurate prospect details and relevant insights.
- Conduct initial communication with prospects to verify interest and book appointments when required.
- Track and report daily/weekly progress on lead generation activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and target market segments to improve lead quality.
- 6 to 12 Months of experience in lead generation or sales support (IT/Software industry experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong research skills and familiarity with online professional platforms.
- Basic understanding of IT and software services (training will be provided).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
