Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify target businesses based on industry, location, and service needs.
• Scrape or manually collect accurate business lead data from Bark.
• Generate and qualify leads via Bark databases.
• Organize and maintain lead data in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM systems.
• Verify and enrich lead information (emails, phone numbers, websites, social links).
• Use CRM tools to track lead status and follow-ups.
• Assist in crafting personalized email sequences, outreach templates, and follow-up strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales team to book discovery calls and nurture potential opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation, web scraping, or data research.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and research quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet lead volume and quality targets under deadlines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in B2B sales or marketing within the tech, software, or digital services industries.
• Familiarity with services such as Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, or App Development.
• Prior experience with software houses or digital agencies.
