Role Overview:
As a Lead Generation Executive, you’ll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing B2B prospects. You will also be responsible for maintaining clean, accurate data in our systems and supporting research initiatives to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
· Use browser extensions and scraping tools to collect contact and company data from the websites of potential leads.
· Identify and extract relevant lead information using social media, Google Business, and other online directories.
· Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Hunter.io.
· Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
· Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Data Management & Research:
Data Entry: Accurately input data into the company’s CRM and back-end portal.
Research: Identify upcoming exhibitions, market trends, and competitor activity.
Gather and compile contact details of potential clients and decision-makers.
Data Verification: Ensure all data entered is accurate, complete, and well-organized.
Data Cleaning: Perform regular quality checks to maintain high data integrity.
Confidentiality: Handle all client and market data with strict adherence to company security protocols.
Reporting: Present research findings and data in a clear and actionable format for internal use.
Knowledge of Tools You’ll Use:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo.io, Lusha, Hunter.io
Excel/Google Sheets for data compilation and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or equivalent (additional certifications or training in data entry, administration, or market research are a plus).
Strong research skills to gather accurate, up-to-date information on exhibitions, markets, and potential clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other data entry tools.
Prior experience in data entry and/or research roles preferred.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring high data accuracy.
Good written and communication skills to organize and present findings clearly.
