Overview of the role:
We're looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Strategist to join our Partnerships enablement team and build, execute, and optimize our lead acquisition ecosystem across multiple regions and industries. This role will be reporting to the Hub-Lead Partnerships.
What you will be expected to perform:
Lead Generation Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a scalable lead generation system across global markets
- Launch multi channel campaigns leveraging SEO, LinkedIn, and AI-based prospecting
- Utilize tools like HeyReach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Lemlist, or Apollo.io to streamline outreach
- Working knowledge of Google AdWords, PPC, and LinkedIn Ads for pipeline growth
CRM & Automation Infrastructure
- Structure and manage leads within Salesforce or any other relevant CRM, ensuring seamless automation and conversion tracking
- Implement and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Lemlist)
- Deploy AI-powered personalization and automation for outbound and inbound campaigns
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Working knowledge of SEO to target high intent audience drive strategy and optimize landing pages with the help of CRO team for high intent lead capture
- Manage LinkedIn outreach target ideal customer profiles
- Track and iterate campaigns using KPIs focused on CAC, lead quality, and ROI
Analytics & Funnel Optimization
- Build lead scoring models and segmentation workflows to surface high-converting leads
- Use AI-driven analytics to monitor funnel performance and refine tactics continuously
- Partner with sales and PMM teams to align on key metrics and ICPs
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work with content, design, and product teams to build engaging lead-gen assets
- Align closely with Partnerships head and growth leads in our startups to turn MQLs into revenue
- Lead the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value deals
GTM-Aligned Partnership Strategy
- Build a partner roadmap aligned to GTM priorities (new ICPs, verticals, regions)
- Develop value propositions that support product adoption, customer success, and pipeline acceleration
- Influence the GTM motion: co-sell, co-market, integration-first, or ecosystem-aligned distribution
Qualifications and Requirements
7+ years in lead generation with MBA, With Bachelors 9 years experience in demand gen, or growth marketing
Background in tech/SaaS, with exposure to CRM tools and automation
Expertise in Salesforce, AI tools like Clay/ZoomInfo, and outreach platforms
Experience with AdWords, SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs), and LinkedIn marketing
Strong data mindset – you live in dashboards, KPIs, and attribution models
Familiarity with B2B funnels and outbound/inbound systems
