We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong confidence on calls, and the ability to generate leads and book meetings with US prospects. The role involves cold calling, outreach, email follow-ups, and CRM updates.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects and initiate outbound conversations.
  • Drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, targeted email sequences, and CRM-based prospecting.
  • Qualify leads, run initial discovery, and schedule product demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and movement across deal stages.
  • Meet weekly and monthly business development KPIs and revenue contribution targets.
  • Develop and articulate product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different buyer personas.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on campaign objectives and execution plans.
  • Create sales enablement assets—including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and competitive insights.
  • Support demand-generation initiatives by contributing persona-focused content such as blogs, videos, and webinar scripts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology sales, business development, or product marketing.
  • Proven track record in selling or positioning SaaS or IT-based software solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal English communication skills, particularly for client-facing calls and presentations.
  • Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Cold Calling, SDR, or Inside Sales roles.
  • Ability and willingness to work in the US night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, Apollo (preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas or revenue targets; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency with AI productivity tools—especially mandatory usage of ChatGPT for research, content creation, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to take ownership while working cross-functionally.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the region of employment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency. An ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal task-level direction are essential.
