Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of logistics data to monitor performance KPIs, identify trends, and uncover areas for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights into logistics performance metrics, including delivery times, cost per order, and rider utilization.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the cost per order (CPO) budget, ensuring costs align with business objectives and implementing strategies to reduce operational expenses.
- Collaborate with finance teams to set CPO targets, monitor deviations, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Design and implement earnings plans for riders to incentivize performance while maintaining cost efficiency.
What You Need To Be Successful
- 3+ years of experience in data roles.
- Bachelors or Masters in the related fields.
