- Take ownership of follow-ups.
- Maintain and regularly update L&D databases
- Facilitate learning assessments and feedback collection
- Assist in outreach and coordination with training vendors, coaches, and freelancers
- Help drive communication campaigns
- Contribute to reporting and analytics
- Support in curating learning resources, course materials, and post-session summaries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data management abilities
- Passionate about employee learning, development, and performance
- Self-motivated, curious, and ready to take initiative
- Friendly and dynamic work culture
