The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Training Needs Analysis: Ensure the implementation of Development Need Analysis Framework by thorough assessments to identify learning needs and skill gaps within the organization.
- Learning Program Management: Coordinate the delivery of training programs from inception to completion. Manage logistics, scheduling, and participant communication to ensure smooth execution. Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to learning outcomes, participation rates, and feedback. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of learning initiatives on business goals.
- Analytics: Analyze the existing quantitative and qualitative data of Learning & Development Programs, draft reports, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Technology Integration: Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to facilitate training delivery, track learner progress, and administer assessments. Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and recommend solutions to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external vendors to leverage resources and expertise. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to learning and development. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs.
- Leadership Development: Identify learning needs, customize programs, and foster a culture of continuous development
- Mentoring Program Management: Design and oversee formal mentorship programs, providing coaching and support.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience of 7 - 10 Years in learning and development, with strong understanding of adult learning principles in Engineering Field
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence organizational culture.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis.
- Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus
