What Will You Do

We are looking for a passionate and committed Learning Experience Lead to oversee the delivery of Accelerated Learning Programs (ALPs) for primary-aged out-of-school children (OOSC).

Our learning centers enroll and educate OOSC, with lessons delivered remotely and facilitated on-site by local teams. This remote role involves designing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessments, and activities, while driving continuous improvements in the learning process. The candidate will work closely with teachers and on-ground facilitators, along with our implementation partners, to ensure smooth and impactful delivery of educational experiences. The candidate may also be expected to teach, particularly during the initial phase, to help establish a baseline for the program.

Role responsibilities;

  • Design lesson plans, assessments, and activities that are aligned with curriculum goals and tailored to meet diverse student needs
  • Evaluate student learning levels using comprehensive assessment tools to measure skills, track progress, and identify learning needs, adjusting teaching strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Recruit, onboard, and oversee the performance of high-quality teachers to ensure effective education delivery
  • Provide continuous training and support to teachers and facilitators, enhancing their teaching methodologies and classroom management skills
  • Lead ongoing improvements in curriculum design, teaching approaches, and student outcomes, ensuring the program remains innovative and impactful to students, leading to improved student learning outcomes
  • The candidate may also be expected to teach students initially as part of their role, to help establish a baseline for the program

Role Requirements;

  • The ideal candidate will have a master’s degree, ideally with experience in curriculum design, teaching, and leadership. Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and adaptability skills are essential. The candidate should be empathetic, passionate about education, and committed to making a meaningful impact.
  • Occasional on-site travel may be required for coordination, teacher training, and student engagement.
