Legal Case Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and retrieve court documents, case files, and legal records from various court systems and legal databases.
• Demonstrate a resourceful and investigative mindset to identify and utilize new tools and data sources for ongoing and ad hoc projects.
• Make direct outreach calls to court clerks and legal professionals to obtain information, resolve discrepancies, and request required documents.
• Efficiently analyze, extract, and organize large volumes of data and documents while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
• Demonstrate fluency in interpreting a variety of legal documents and court-related materials.
• Maintain familiarity with court systems across multiple states, ensuring processes are tailored to jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned projects with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail.
• High level of initiative, independence, and a strong work ethic — you’re someone who “gets it done” without needing to be asked twice.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with leadership regarding questions, challenges, or inconsistencies to enable quick resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in legal research, document retrieval, or a related field with a demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in document and data analysis, particularly in extracting and organizing large datasets from Excel and Google Sheets.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), Adobe Acrobat, and Windows environments.

Position: Onsite

Salary: Up to 200K

Timing: 8pm to 5am (Night Shift)
