Job Description:

• Manage E2E linehaul operations across respective regions.
• Performance Management of linehaul partners and ensure compliance against KPIs provided in contract.
• Initiate Cost & Lead-time Optimization projects against the respective routes.
• Manage DEX fleet cost and cost analysis.
• Analyze the volume based on forecast and develop models for requirement of linehauls for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Sourcing of new LH Partners based on techno commercial analysis.
• Other tasks as assigned by the line manager on needs basis.

Required skills and abilities:

• Minimum 2 years of Supply Chain Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution (Preferably in a STEM field).
• Certification of Logistics and Supply Chain (Preferred).
• Proficient in Data handling, Analytics, MS – Excel, Google sheets.
• Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
