Linux System & Network Administrator

Job Description

We are hiring a Linux System & Network Administrator responsible for managing Linux servers and network infrastructure with a strong focus on performance, automation, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian).
• Perform system updates, kernel tuning, patching, and regular maintenance.
• Automate system administration tasks using shell scripts.
• Manage and optimize storage using LVM, RAID, NFS, and ext4/xfs file systems.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and VPN devices.
• Work with VLANs, NAT, IPsec VPNs, port security, and routing protocols.
• Implement and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, and network security policies.
• Ensure compliance with internal and industry security standards.
• Experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls is highly preferred.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Linux system and network administration.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of storage systems and file system management.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts and security protocols.
• Experience with enterprise firewall and IDS/IPS systems.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls is a plus.
