- Handle live chat interactions with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real-time.
- Assist with email support.
- Provide backup support for inbound calls when required.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat role.
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Quick decision-making power and ability to resolve issues on the spot.
