Role Overview
As a Core Team Member with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Microsoft SharePoint, you will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our digital learning and collaboration infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally with educators, designers, and community coordinators to ensure seamless learning experiences and effective internal knowledge sharing.

Role Overview
As a Core Team Member with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Microsoft SharePoint, you will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our digital learning and collaboration infrastructure. You will work cross-functionally with educators, designers, and community coordinators to ensure seamless learning experiences and effective internal knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and maintain LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar).
- Develop and manage SharePoint sites for internal documentation, collaboration, and resource sharing.
- Support the integration of LMS with tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Train staff and facilitators on the effective use of LMS and SharePoint.
- Collaborate with Learning Designers to structure and publish course content.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
- Contribute to cross-functional working groups and strategic planning initiatives.
Required:
- Proven experience with at least one LMS platform and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
- Strong understanding of digital learning environments and instructional technology.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a non-hierarchical, team-based environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in non-profit or educational settings.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or LMS customization.
