Logistics Coordinator (Customs Clearance Specialist)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with expertise in customs clearance processes in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth import and export operations, coordinating with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.

• Oversee and manage the customs clearance process for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with FBR, WeBOC, and other regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and review customs documentation (e.g., Goods Declaration, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, HS Codes, Duty & Tax Calculations).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, port authorities, and customs officials to ensure timely clearance.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve clearance delays or discrepancies by liaising with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan Customs laws, SROs, and import/export regulations.
• Maintain records of shipments, customs duties, and logistics documentation.
• Work closely with the procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to streamline supply chain operations.
• Assist in negotiating freight rates and optimizing logistics costs.
• Stay updated with changes in customs regulations, tariffs, and trade policies in Pakistan.
