Your Mission:

  • Own daily customer communication via email and phone, delivering clear, confident, and professional updates
  • Manage shipment inquiries, status updates, documentation requests, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Sales, Pricing, and Warehousing to keep expectations aligned
  • Track shipments across ocean, air, express, and Amazon FBA, flagging risks early
  • Maintain accurate, real-time updates in internal trackers, CRMs, and customer channels
  • Review and follow up on commercial invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, ISF, and compliance documents
  • Verify documentation accuracy before customer or agent release
  • Coordinate with overseas agents on export, customs, and clearance documentation
  • Support bookings, rate checks, and space confirmations under guidance
  • Assist with last-mile coordination for Amazon FBA and B2B deliveries
  • Spot recurring issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to customer KPIs and retention

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • Strong interpersonal presence with confidence communicating via email and phone
  • Clear, professional English—written and spoken
  • Foundational understanding of freight forwarding and end-to-end logistics workflows (ocean, air, documentation, customs, delivery — Amazon is a plus, not the whole picture)
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and stay composed in time-sensitive situations
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to grow into account ownership
  • Comfortable using Excel/Sheets, email, and customer coordination tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, not mandatory
  • 0–2 years of experience; logistics-exposed graduates encouraged to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience; motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
