Role description

Job Responsibilities:

• Incident Management:
• Lead and manage the response to critical incidents that impact business operations and services.
• Ensure the effective and timely restoration of services by coordinating with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, etc.).
• Manage the Major Incident lifecycle, ensuring all incidents are handled according to the established incident management processes.
• Act as a liaison between the technical teams and business stakeholders during major incidents, providing regular updates and communication.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
• Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents to identify underlying issues.
• Collaborate with technical and subject matter experts to investigate incidents, identify patterns, and recommend long-term solutions.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented post-RCA to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.
• Document and track RCA findings, action plans, and progress, ensuring continuous improvement in incident management.
