Position Overview:
As an MIS Support Representative at Cedar Financial, you will play a crucial role in managing and organizing massive data in our central depository. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data, facilitating seamless communication among various departments, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a strong analytical approach and a commitment to excellence in data management.
Responsibilities:
- Audit Functions:
- Work on enhancing and maintaining robust audit functions.
- Maintain detailed logs of all audits performed for internal and external purposes.
- Client-Specific Work Instructions:
- Develop and revise client-specific work instructions and procedures on a quarterly basis.
- Technology Research:
- Stay abreast of technology and tools available in the market to automate mundane tasks.
- Propose and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency.
- Data Accuracy and Quality Control:
- Ensure the accuracy of data in the central depository.
- Focus on quality control and provide consistent feedback to management.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Serve as a key liaison with various departments, including Collections, Accounting, Client Success, Legal, Compliance, and Communication and Engagement.
- Risk Management:
- Introduce and implement HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) to identify and manage risks effectively.
- Training and Development:
- Identify the right individuals for the MIS team with experience in handling big data.
- Conduct effective training sessions to enhance skills and align with the organization's strategy.
- Foster a sense of connection among employees to understand the importance of their roles in the overall mission.
- Employee Recognition and Growth:
- Implement employee recognition programs to foster a sense of belonging.
- Promote employee growth and development by creating opportunities for flow experiences.
- Revenue Generation:
- Expedite the transfer of business to the Collections Department for faster liquidation.
- Proactively explore and contribute to ancillary services to generate additional revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Confident and fluent English speaker who may attend and organize meetings both within the department and between the departments.
- Experience in transforming incoming data from any format to CRM language.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with computer systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
