The Role:
Insights Driven Research (IDR) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship presents an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and communications within the field of market research.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Plan and execute various employee engagement events, team-building activities, and social initiatives to boost morale and a sense of belonging.
Employer Branding:
Maintain a strong HR presence on various social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to showcase company culture and attract top talent.
Talent Acquisition:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and resume screening to interview coordination, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Onboarding:
Manage and enhance the new employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed, valued, and connected from day one.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
0–1 years of relevant work experience.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage effectively with professionals across industries.
Other necessary skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
Interest in learning about new industries, and best practices.
A team player with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence, capable of building positive relationships across all levels of the organization.

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM PKT (Monday to Friday)
