Job Purpose

To lead the transformation of training curriculum into a modern, digital, competency-based training model, ensuring alignment with CBT&A principles and obtaining relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and digitalization of training curriculum, ensuring it is competency-based and aligned with industry best practices.
• Implement a storytelling approach, integrating real-time videos of processes for engaging content.
• Supervise video production and multimedia content development for practical learning.
• Ensure all curriculum materials meet CBT&A compliance standards.
• Collaborate with certification bodies to obtain necessary accreditations and endorsements.
• Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Develop structured learning paths and assessments in line with competency-based training principles.
• Manage team performance, ensuring efficient curriculum design and delivery.
• Stay updated with advancements in digital learning, multimedia tools, and industry certifications.
• Present curriculum strategies and progress reports to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in, Engineering, or Education Technology.
• 8-10 years of experience in curriculum development, competency-based training, or digital learning.
• Expertise in CBT&A frameworks and competency-based education.
• Understanding of e-learning platforms, video production, and digital content creation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills for certification and accreditation processes.
• Experience of working with TEVTAs, BTEs and NAVTTC
