Job Summary

This role involves processing daily transactions promptly, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and risk management controls. It requires timely delivery and response to customer requests, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create awareness and understanding of the Group’s business strategy and model among relevant teams
  • Maintain close and cordial relationships with customers, Relationship Managers, and internal units to address inquiries and tailor solutions
  • Ensure efficient and error-free processing of Bank Guarantees, IATA, and Advising, complying with departmental procedures and international regulations
  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring they are skilled and qualified to handle customer queries
  • Manage daily operations to maximize team productivity and ensure efficient, high-quality services to customers, aiming for maximum profitability for the bank. This includes training, motivating, and reviewing team performance
  • Ensure all processes comply with departmental Operating Instructions (DOIs), Group sanctions policies, and local and international regulations. Report all suspicious transactions and maintain proper management of security protocols
  • Assess and oversee the effectiveness of governance, oversight, and controls, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework.
