Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Karachi. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our business relationships with existing partners while actively seeking new partnership opportunities across various business lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and B2B2C partnerships, with a proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.

Work Setting: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with partners to assess collaboration effectiveness.


2. Partnership Development:

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the companys strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their compatibility with our business model.
  • Develop and present partnership proposals that clearly outline mutual benefits and value propositions.


3. Revenue Generation:

  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing strategies and initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and ensure business targets are met.
  • Analyze partnership performance data and provide insights to optimize revenue generation strategies.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Facilitate communication between partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.


5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, including revenue contributions, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
