About the Role
The incumbent is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and illustration projects with a primary focus on the development of high-quality educational books and related publishing material in accordance with dynamic business needs. This role drives creative strategy, visual storytelling, and content excellence across both print and digital formats.
The incumbent is expected to balance traditional publishing craft with emerging digital capabilities, oversee cross-functional creative teams, and optimize workflows to support timely, scalable, and market-relevant content creation.

About You
The successful candidate should have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field with at least 6 years’ relevant experience
• Proven experience in video editing and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Basic knowledge of Illustration, character animation preferred.
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
