Manager HR

Blulightz Software is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resource operations and talent acquisition processes. This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a technical and fast-paced environment, managing both operational and strategic HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical & Non-Technical Recruitment: Lead the 360-degree recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and execute job ads for platforms like LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Conduct technical interviews independently for software and engineering roles, evaluating both technical and soft skills.
• HR Systems Management: Manage HRMS tools for tracking attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• Administer and ensure compliance with staff insurance programs.
• Prepare and manage the payroll process, including calculations for commissions and benefits.
• Oversee employee performance, conduct reviews, and maintain employee development plans.
• Serve as an employee counselor, fostering a positive work environment and addressing staff concerns effectively.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management Sciences, or Business Administration.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in HR operations, with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment and HR systems management.
• Skills:
• Expertise in conducting technical interviews and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and payroll management.
• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills.
• Experience managing compliance and insurance programs is a must.
