Your primary responsibility would be to build world-class suite products to support the hyper-growth of our businesses in 10 countries.
As Manager - Human Resources at Dubizzle Labs, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple HR domains, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. You will work closely with leadership to build a strong, efficient, and people-focused HR environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions, including software engineers, QA engineers, DevOps, mobile developers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand hiring needs, team structures, and required technical competencies
- Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies to meet growth targets while maintaining high-quality standards
- Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through sourcing platforms, networking events, and employer branding campaigns
- Develop strategies to protect and evolve the performance-based culture while promoting retention through employee engagement and growth opportunities
- Ensure timely updates and compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal SOPs
- Maintain accurate employee records in all the HR Portals and physical files
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration in collaboration with the Finance team
- Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institute
- 10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in technical hiring for product-based software companies
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and an understanding of product-driven team structures
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub), ATS systems, and HR analytics tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- A proactive, data-driven, and collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, BambooHR, etc.)
