Job Description
Oversee international billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoicing processes. Manage billing team, monitor customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with domestic and international clients, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth billing processes and resolve issues efficiently. Also oversee all coordination for year-end audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing and sharing invoices with customers based on billing cycles, ensuring accuracy in invoicing
- Responsible for following up with each customer for collections
- Maintain records of vendor invoices and oversee the team for vendor invoice verification
- Evaluate CDRs (minutes, rates, time zone) for discrepancies found in vendor invoices
- Ensure disputes are opened with vendors and analysis is shared within the specified timeframe
- Perform CDR-by-CDR reconciliation to resolve disputes
- Follow up with carriers for dispute resolution
- Audit payments in the Statement of Accounts
- Ensure all payments are entered into the information system promptly
- Respond to all internal and external emails daily
- Develop an understanding within the department and effectively manage the team
Skills Required:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the billing division of the telecom industry.
- Bachelor of Business Administration or a related field.
- Billing Systems Proficiency
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with international clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple billing tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced international environment
- Understanding of international billing regulations, compliance requirements, and tax laws applicable to cross-border transactions
