Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible to manage, control and develop the Ocean Freight Export operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources.

The incumbent will be responsible to manage, control and develop the Ocean Freight Export operational activities in the area in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Timely & Amicable settlement of customer issues
- Develop customer relationships.
- Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with Key Account Contacts
- Performance improvements according to corporate policy
- Responsible for operational result at country/country group level OFR
- Defines, monitors, and enforces targets to the export operational units.
- Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
- Actively participate in all assignments and projects
- Provide support in organization development programs.
- Bachelor (BBA) / Preferable Masters (MBA Supply Chain)
- More than 05-08 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Industry.
- Sufficient International Trade knowledge.
- Challenges self and others to exceed standards and achieve extraordinary results, striving for best in class.
- English and Urdu
