Manager Payable & Intercompany

Overview:
We are seeking applications for the position of “Manager Payable & Intercompany”. The incumbent will be responsible for handling and managing the assigned financial tasks of payable & IC. The incumbent needs to ensure 100% compliance with all relevant KPIs as a basic requirement of this role

Role & Responsibilities:

• 
  Intercompany:

• 
  Monitoring of Inter Company AR / AP bulk invoicing
• Responsible to handle Intercompany Master Data Management
• Intercompany P&L/BS Reconciliations with counter part
• Escalation of disputes of Intercompany billing to Operations and counterpart
• Supervision of freight remittance to counterparts

• 
  Payable:

• 
  Responsible for management of supplier payment cycle (Procure to Pay process)
• Ensure withholding tax compliances on supplier payment
• Support tax department in filing of tax returns and tax audits
• Responsible for Supplier Contracts Management / Evidence
• Vendor Data Management (Maintenance of Active Suppliers)
• Supervising supplier invoice recording process
• Supplier Reconciliation
• Procurement compliance monitoring
• Invoice Scanning Compliance: Ensure all invoices are scanned and processed through set SOP's
• Responsible for management of company DPO (Days payable outstanding).

Experience:

• 
  At least 6-8 years of experience in the logistics / Freight Forwarding Industry.

Qualification:

• 
  ACCA/ICMA/MBA
• Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word).
• Communication skills both written and verbal.
