Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager – Process Design for Corporate Technical & Engineering Department based in Lahore

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead complete process design for capital projects, ensuring accurate design basis, calculations, specifications & design documents ensuring applicable engineering codes & standards
2. Coordinate with Operations & Project teams, consultants, and technology suppliers to close design issues and deliver complete basic & detailed engineering
3. Review vendor technical offers, equipment data, and specifications to support cost-effective procurement decisions
4. Provide process engineering support to businesses for troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and resolving bottlenecks at all manufacturing sites
5. Participate in Hazard Studies and Risk Assessments, provide process data, identify gaps, and ensure actions are included in design documents
6. Support costing and budgeting by preparing RFQs, reviewing vendor quotations, performing technical comparisons, and providing inputs for capex decisions

Key Skills:

• Strong process design skills including calculations, specification writing, equipment sizing, and plant layout understanding
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, process optimization & resolving plant issues
• Practical understanding of basic & detailed engineering and design review processes
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence, persuade, and drive technical decisions effectively
