Job Purpose
Lead GSK distribution channel risk assessment, gap analysis and L1 audit efforts through proactive interventions and design and embed process improvements wherever required. The role will be responsible to improve management controls, enhance monitoring and oversight, minimize risks and ensure delivery of Commercial Trade Channel (CTC) targets in a compliant manner in line with GSK Values. As one point of contact for all internal and external audit teams the role will facilitate audit efforts.
The role will also lead engagement plans with Third Party intermediaries in commercial value chain to mirror GSK systems, values and controls. Third Party Risk Management Process (TPRM) lead from CTC.

Job Purpose

Education, Experience & Skills:
- CA / CIMA Qualified / Finalist / ACCA Qualified
- Minimum 5+ years post qualification experience in industry preferably in Audit, Risk, Finance and advisory role with expertise of working in Internal / External Audit
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Responsible for GSK Root To Market process analysis, redesigning and optimization to enable reliability, enhance management controls/ oversight and enable business performance & growth
- Developing governance frameworks and SOPs in line with the local and global frameworks.
- First Line of Defense- Conducting independent reviews of business processes, compliance with policies and framework and delivering timely and meaningful output; develop CAPAs and ensure its implementation. Ensuring the function operates in Audit ready state.
- Lead third party oversight process (TPRM Champion) and ensure closure of CAPAs
- Engage with compliance for performing all compliance driven activities including Risk Assessment, revision of risk register, control mapping etc.,
- Help conduct distributor assessment, consolidate distributor list, and incorporate new service level KPIs in distributor agreements- Coordinate with legal
- Ensure training of CTC staff on CTC frameworks
- Ensure implementation of Quality management system within CTC
- Facilitate alignment with global ways of working related to institutional sales and adoption of GSK systems and processes
- Develop risk maps and mitigation plan for GSK Trade, Trade Marketing and Tender business in close alignment with CTC, finance, legal, and compliance
- Coordinate with finance for bench marking of distributor ratings & fair market value determination through 3rd party assessment
- Developing and implementing tools for the efficiency, simplification and standardization of processes and practices
- Supports / Advice CTC team on SOP implementation
