- Conduct in-depth research on housing finance, mortgage markets, and refinancing trends in the country; Gather and organize data on housing supply, demand, shortage, economic indicators, and financial market dynamics.
- Prepare research publications such as market insights, white papers, newsletters, and market forecasts relevant to PMRC’s stakeholders.
- Suggest innovative tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency of PMRC’s research processes.
- Suggest and devise new and creative growth strategies through research.
- Perform research on mortgage loan products offered in other markets.
- Responsible for product development in light of market development and customer preferences; Monitoring of product portfolio for utilization and performance.
- Track mortgage market development and policy changes affecting housing finance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide data-driven insights for effective business decisions and product development.
