We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our International Import Freight division. The ideal candidate will drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Management
- Lead an independent sales unit focusing on Import & Inland verticals
- Achieve Sales Performance Indicators (SPI) and revenue targets
- Ensure CRM compliance for self and team
- Maintain strong follow-up on receivables to ensure timely recoveries
- Conduct joint customer visits to enhance retention.
- Identify and engage target customers across industries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business growth
- Expand market presence by exploring new verticals and revenue streams
- Provide regular performance reports as per SOPs
- Analyze sales trends and team performance

- 3-5 years of sales experience in Pakistan's freight forwarding industry (Mandatory)
