The Security Solutions Business Development team is crucial in enhancing Mastercard’s market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic security sales initiatives. As a key player in this team, you will be instrumental in promoting our innovative security products and services that safeguard payment integrity, digital transactions, and cybersecurity.
Role
The Services Business Development, Security Solutions Manager, is an active team member who will drive further growth of Mastercard Security Solutions business in Pakistan; creating strong partnerships with existing and new customers and focusing on achieving revenue targets and fostering regional expansion. The role will report into the East Arabia Services Business Development, Security Solutions Lead.

Role
The Services Business Development, Security Solutions Manager, is an active team member who will drive further growth of Mastercard Security Solutions business in Pakistan; creating strong partnerships with existing and new customers and focusing on achieving revenue targets and fostering regional expansion. The role will report into the East Arabia Services Business Development, Security Solutions Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the Security Solutions business in Pakistan and provide support in other East Arabia markets as needed (East Arabia Markets: UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Pakistan and Afghanistan)
- Manage substantial product lines with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, market segments, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Mastercard’s Security Solutions products and Services to create customized and relevant solutions for clients solving for their needs
- Own the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring continuous engagement with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aligning efforts with Mastercard’s Services and Core teams.
- Partner with Security Solutions Product Managers to address clients and markets needs effectively
- Create persuasive narratives and communicate the benefits of Security Solutions with/without other Mastercard products and platforms.
- Extensive understanding of Pakistan market landscape, including payments, trends, and opportunities, with an experience in payments security is required.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions-oriented results, engaging with large customers and regulators
- Proven success in building and monetizing client relationships, delivering sales and revenue growth
- Excellent ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate others to achieve objectives. Experience managing alignment with complex cross-functional teams
- Growth mindset, comfortable navigating in rapidly changing environments. Acts with a sense of urgency
- Experience working in an international and matrix environment is highly desirable.
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to travel as required
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post-graduate degree is a plus.
