Role Profile
- Lead and execute Talent Acquisition strategies, including advertising, role allocation, and development of tailored recruitment plans for all vacancies.
- Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to build a strong, future-ready talent pipeline using diverse and effective sourcing channels.
- Oversee the end-to-end screening and assessment process, ensuring timely CV review, aptitude tests, and psychometric evaluations are conducted to organizational standards.
- Manage and enhance candidate experience, including interview scheduling, communication, and overall recruitment process efficiency.
- Strengthen employer branding efforts, promoting the organization as an employer of choice and ensuring consistent, value-driven representation of the MAF Retail HC brand.
- Identify, engage, and manage external recruitment agencies and global vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and service excellence.
- Monitor, evaluate, and audit vendor performance, recommending contract renewals, improvements, or terminations based on structured performance reviews.
- leveraging them as strategic platforms to attract talent and enhance the organization’s employer brand presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. HR certifications are an advantage.
- 6–8 years of experience in HR or People & Organisation roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Proven ability to manage complexity, prioritise tasks, and maintain accountability for outcomes.
- Demonstrated passion for employee engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in HR processes.
