Qualifications
MBA (Finance)/ACCA/CFA with at least 5 years of experience in Financing/ Credit, Treasury/ Trade, Investment banking, Corporate affairs, Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to capital markets and IPO readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Short term & Long term borrowing facilities. Manage multiple bank relationships for liquidity and trade-related activities. Assist the Company Secretary in corporate and secretarial affairs including SECP/ other regulatory filings. Manage effective servicing of Boards, Committees. Support financial modeling, risk management, and strategic decision-making processes
