Key Responsibilities:

• • Clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish communication channels.
  • Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Estimate project budget and track expenses.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assign tasks to team members and manage work breakdown structure.
  • Monitor project progress against the plan and identify deviations.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and address roadblocks
  • Manage project changes through change control processes
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
