Salary: 100,00 PKR to 125,000 PKR (Based on experience and skills)
Reporting to: CEO
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education and service sector.
 - Develop and implement business growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, corporate clients, and service partners.
 - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
 - Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and partnership agreements.
 - Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the management.
 
Marketing & Outreach
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote services and programs.
 - Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
 - Organize outreach activities such as seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and community events.
 - Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
 - Enhance brand visibility through PR, networking, and strategic collaborations.
 
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong engagement with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
 - Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to stakeholders.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for partners, clients, and key stakeholders.
 
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Develop quarterly and annual business development plans.
 - Monitor KPIs and prepare progress reports for management.
 - Recommend improvements to optimize marketing and outreach strategies.
 
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
 - 5 to 7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or outreach in the education/service sector.
 - Proven track record of achieving sales and partnership targets.
 
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 - Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
 - Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
 - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
 - Strong organizational and project management skills.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
