Role Overview:
We're looking for a Junior Marketing Designer to join our growing team and work closely under the guidance of our Marketing Lead. This is an ideal role for someone with 01 years of experience who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced, design-led software agency.
Your core focus will be creating visually compelling graphics for social media and digital marketing campaigns while supporting broader marketing efforts. You’ll take ownership of graphics, content layouts, and visual assets for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and paid ad channels. Over time, you’ll also get the chance to contribute to lead magnets, sales decks, website visuals, and much more.

What You’ll Do:
Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality visuals for social media, digital paid ads, and internal assets using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Design clean, brand-consistent marketing collateral that reflects our tone and audience.
- Understand our brand, voice, positioning, and target audience.
- Support the Marketing Lead in designing assets for lead magnets, landing pages, and visual improvements to our website or sales presentations.
- Contribute ideas and content for LinkedIn and Twitter, keeping up with trends, formats, and creative engagement techniques.
- Help shape how we show up and interact on these platforms, including identifying opportunities to connect with people engaging with our content.
- Stay updated with design and marketing trends, experimenting with formats and storytelling methods that make our content stand out.
- 0-1 years of experience in a design or marketing role. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio that shows you’ve created content for brands or companies (social media posts, presentations, ads, etc.).
- Experience with Canva (required); familiarity with other tools like Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
- A good eye for branding, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication skills both in expressing ideas and giving/receiving feedback.
- Eagerness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a hunger to grow in a marketing-focused design role.
- Knowledge of social platforms (particularly LinkedIn and Twitter) and what content performs well.
- Bonus: experience with landing page builders, email design tools, or a general understanding of SaaS or startup marketing.
- A fast-paced environment where your work will be seen and appreciated.
