About The Job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing digital tools, and analysing marketing performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1-2 years of marketing experience who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced team and grow within the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing
• Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot and Mailchimp
• Create and schedule email campaigns, ensuring audience segmentation and A/B testing for optimal results
• Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, website copy, and social media
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to improve marketing strategies
• Coordinate with design and sales teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and business goals
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities
• Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows
• Maintain the marketing calendar and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  
  

Requirements/Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in digital marketing or marketing coordination
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Mailchimp is required
• Experience with social media platforms, content management systems, and email marketing best practices
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus
• Basic design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage
