About The Role

Milele Properties is seeking a creative and performance-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in property marketing, managing websites, executing end-to-end advertising campaigns, and driving lead generation through both digital and traditional channels.

You will work closely with the sales and design teams to amplify the visibility of our property offerings across the UAE, while optimizing campaign performance and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Property Marketing

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for residential and commercial properties (rent/sale).
  • Create compelling listing content for portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
  • Coordinate with agents and photographers for high-quality visuals and videos.
  • Build digital brochures, location guides, and marketing decks.

Website & Content Management

  • Oversee regular updates on the Milele Properties website, including banners, listings, blogs, and SEO content.
  • Collaborate with developers or agencies for enhancements, landing pages, and feature updates.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms.

Advertising Campaigns (End-to-End)

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Set campaign objectives, build media plans, and allocate budgets effectively.
  • Track, report, and optimize performance based on KPIs such as CPL, ROAS, CTR.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign data and web traffic using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Offline & Branding Activities

  • Support signage, flyers, property exhibition setups, and event coordination when needed.
  • Ensure the consistent application of brand guidelines across print and digital formats.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in property or real estate marketing in the UAE.
  • Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, and property listing portals.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix) and basic SEO knowledge.
  • Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools (basic design tasks).
  • Excellent communication skills – written and visual storytelling.
  • Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
