Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate, BBA/MBA (Marketing)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital media.
  • Familiarity with ongoing trends in the digital and social media space.
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
  • Ability to take ownership and show initiative in tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience or coursework in marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences.
  • Support the marketing team in content creation for social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Help manage and grow the companys social media presence.
  • Collaborate with the team on brainstorming and idea generation sessions.
  • Take initiative on mini-projects and propose creative marketing ideas.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting.
  • Stay updated on current marketing and digital trends.
